١ - يجوز للمشترى الذى دفع الثمن بكامله أن يطلب من البائع إعطاء قائمة
بالبضاعة مذكورا فيها أن الثمن قد دفع .
٢ - إذا قبل المشترى صراحة أو ضمنا قائمة البضاعة التى تسلمها من البائع
فليس له بعد ذلك الاعتراض على البيانات التى وردت بها . ويعتبر قبولا ضمنيا عدم
اعتراض المشترى على القائمة خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ تسلمها .
