إذا لم يدفع الثمن فى الميعاد المتفق عليه جاز للبائع بعد إعذار المشترى أن يعيد بيع
البضاعة للغير فإذا بيعت بحسن نية بثمن أقل من الثمن المتفق عليه كان من حق البائع
مطالبة المشترى بالفرق . وإذا كان للبضاعة سعر معلوم فى السوق فللبائع - وإن لم يقم
بإعادة البيع فعلا - أن يطالب المشترى بالفرق بين الثمن المتفق عليه وسعر البضاعة
فى السوق فى اليوم المعين لدفع الثمن .
