إذا اتفق على تسليم المبيع على دفعات جاز للمشترى أن يطلب الفسخ إذا لم يقم
البائع بتسليم إحدى الدفعات فى الميعاد المتفق عليه ، ولايسرى الفسخ على الدفعات التى
تم تسليمها إلا إذا ترتب على تبعيض المبيع ضرر جسيم للمشترى .
