١ - إذا لم يحدد ميعاد للتسليم . وجب أن يتم التسليم بمجرد إبرام العقد مالم
تستلزم طبيعة المبيع أو يقضى العرف بتحديد ميعاد آخر .
٢ - فإذا اتفق على أن يكون للمشترى تحديد ميعاد التسليم التزم البائع بالتسليم
فى الميعاد الذى يحدده المشترى مع مراعاة المدة التى تستلزمها طبيعة المبيع
لإعداده للتسليم .
