١ - تختص المحاكم المصرية بالفصل فى المنازعات التى تنشأ عن عقد نقل
التكنولوجيا المشار إليه فى المادة (٧٢) من هذا القانون . ويجوز الاتفاق على تسوية
النزاع وديا أو بطريق تحكيم يجرى فى مصر وفقا لأحكام القانون المصرى .
٢ - وفى جميع الأحوال يكون الفصل فى موضوع النزاع بموجب أحكام القانون
المصرى وكل اتفاق على خلاف ذلك يقع باطلا .
