يجوز لكل من طرفى عقد نقل التكنولوجيا بعد انقضاء خمس سنوات من تاريخ
العقد أن يطلب إنهاءه أو إعادة النظر فى شروطه بتعديلها بما يلائم الظروف الاقتصادية
العامة القائمة ويجوز تكرار تقديم هذا الطلب كلما انقضت خمس سنوات مالم يتفق على
مدة أخرى
