١ - يضمن المورد مطابقة التكنولوجيا والوثائق المرفقة بها للشروط المبينة فى العقد ،
كما يضمن إنتاج السلعة أو أداء الخدمات التى اتفق عليها بالمواصفات المبينة فى العقد ،
ما لم يتفق كتابة على خلاف ذلك .
٢ - يسأل كل من المورد والمستورد بغير تضامن بينهما عما يلحق الأشخاص
والأموال من ضرر ناشئ عن استخدام التكنولوجيا أو عن السلعة الناتجة عن تطبيقها .
