١ - فيما عدا سقوط الحقوق المشار إليها فى المادة ٥٨٨ من هذا القانون تزول
جميع آثار الإفلاس بصدور حكم التصديق على الصلح .
٢ - وعلى أمين التفليسة أن يقدم إلى المفلس حسابا ختاميا . وتحصل مناقشة
هذا الحساب بحضور قاضى التفليسة .
٣ - تنتهى مهمة أمين التفليسة ويستلم المفلس أمواله ودفاتره وأوراقه منه بموجب
إيصال . ولا يكون أمين التفليسة مسئولا عن هذه الأشياء إذا لم يستلمها المفلس خلال
سنة من تاريخ إقرار الحساب الختامى .
٤ - ويحرر قاضى التفليسة محضرا بجميع ما تقدم . وإذا قام نزاع فصل فيه .
