١ - إذا لم يقدم جميع الدائنين المقيدة أسماؤهم فى الميزانية مستندات ديونهم خلال
الأيام العشرة التالية لنشر الحكم بشهر الإفلاس فى الصحف ، وجب على أمين التفليسة
النشر فورا فى الصحيفة اليومية التى نشر فيها حكم الإفلاس لدعوة الدائنين إلى تقديم
مستنداتهم مصحوبة بالبيان المشار إليه فى المادة السابقة .
٢ - وعلى الدائنين تقديم مستندات ديونهم مصحوبة بالبيان خلال عشرة أيام
من تاريخ النشر فى الصحف . ويكون هذا الميعاد أربعين يوما بالنسبة إلى الدائنين المقيمين
خارج مصر . ولايضاف إلى أى من هذين الميعادين ميعاد للمسافة .
