From 1 October 1999 to 21 March 2018
١ - يحقق أمين التفليسة الديون بمعاونة المراقب وبحضور المفلس أو بعد إخطاره
بالحضور .
٢ - وإذا نازع أمين التفليسة أو المراقب أو المفلس فى صحة أحد الديون
أو فى مقداره أو فى ضماناته وجب على أمين التفليسة إخطار الدائن فورا بذلك وللدائن
تقديم إيضاحات كتابية أو شفوية خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ تسلم الإخطار .
٣ - ولا تخضع الديون واجبة السداد المستحقة للحكومة بسبب الرسوم والضرائب
على اختلاف أنواعها لإجراءات التحقيق .
