تسقط الدعاوى الناشئة عن تطبيق الأحكام المنصوص عليها فى المواد [غير مقروء] ٥٩٨ إلى ٦٠١ والمادة ٦٠٣ من هذا القانون بمضى سنتين من تاريخ صدور الحكم بشهر الإفلاس .
