الطلبات والتفويضات الصادرة من التاجر فى شئون تتعلق بنشاطه التجارى لاتنقضى
بوفاته ، ومع ذلك يجوز لورثته إلغاؤها إذا قرروا عدم الاستمرار فى التجارة ، وفى هذه
الحالة لايستحق عليهم أى تعويض إذا أخطروا المتعاقد مع المورث برغبتهم فى الإلغاء
فى ميعاد مناسب .
