١ - التظهير اللاحق للاحتجاج أو ما يقوم مقامه وكذلك التظهير الحاصل بعد انقضاء ميعاد تقديم الشيك لا يترتب عليهما إلا آثار حوالة الحق المنصوص عليها فى القانون المدنى .
٢ - يفترض فى التظهير الخالى من التاريخ أنه حصل قبل عمل الاحتجاج أو ما يقوم مقامه أو قبل انقضاء ميعاد تقديم الشيك ما لم يثبت غير ذلك .
٣ - لايجوز تقديم تاريخ التظهير ، فإذا حصل عد تزويرا .
