١ - إذا اشتمل التظهير على عبارة ( القيمة للتحصيل ) أو القيمة للقبض أو للتوكيل أو أى بيان آخر يفيد التوكيل ، جاز للحامل استعمال جميع الحقوق الناشئة عن الشيك ، ولكن لا يجوز له تظهيره إلا على سبيل التوكيل .
٢ - وليس للملتزمين فى هذه الحالة الاحتجاج على حامل الشيك إلا بالدفوع التى يجوز الاحتجاج بها على المظهر .
٣ - لا تنقضى الوكالة التى يتضمنها التظهير بوفاة الموكل أو الحجر عليه .
