مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام المادة ٤٧٩ من هذا القانون ليس لمن أقيمت عليه دعوى بموجب شيك أن يحتج على حامله بالدفوع المبنية على علاقاته الشخصية بساحب الشيك أو بحامليه السابقين ما لم يكن قصد الحامل وقت حصوله على الشيك الإضرار بالمدين .
