إذا قام التاجر لحساب الغير بأعمال أو خدمات تدخل فى نشاطه التجارى افترض أنه
قام بها مقابل عوض مالم يثبت عكس ذلك . ويقدر العوض طبقا للعرف ، فإذا لم يوجد
عرف قدر القاضى العوض .
