١ - يجوز وفاء الكمبيالة بالتدخل فى جميع الأحوال التى يكون فيها لحاملها عند
حلول ميعاد الاستحقاق أو قبل حلوله حق الرجوع على الملتزمين بها .
٢ - ويكون هذا الوفاء بأداء كل المبلغ الذى كان يجب على من حصل التدخل
لمصلحته أداؤه .
٣ - ويجب أن يقع الوفاء على الأكثر فى اليوم التالى لآخر يوم يجوز فيه عمل
احتجاج عدم الوفاء .
