Article 455 of the Trade Law

١ - إذا كان لمن قبلوا الكمبيالة بالتدخل أو لمن عينوا لوفائها عند الاقتضاء موطن
فى مكان الوفاء وجب على الحامل تقديم الكمبيالة لهؤلاء الأشخاص جميعا لوفائها .
وعليه أن يقوم بعمل احتجاج عدم الوفاء إذا لزم الحال فى اليوم التالى على الأكثر لآخر
يوم يجوز فيه عمل هذا الاحتجاج .
٢ - وإذا لم يعمل الاحتجاج فى هذا الميعاد برئت ذمة من عين الموفى عند الاقتضاء
أو من حصل قبوله بالتدخل لمصلحته ، وكذلك تبرأ ذمة المظهرين اللاحقين لهذا
الشخص .
