فى حالة الرجوع بعد قبول جزئى يجوز لمن أوفى القدر غير المقبول من قيمة الكمبيالة
أن يطلب إثبات هذا الوفاء على الكمبيالة وتسليمه مخالصة به . ويجب على الحامل
فضلا عن ذلك أن يسلمه صورة طبق الأصل من الكمبيالة موقعا عليها منه وأن يسلمه
الاحتجاج تمكينا له من استعمال حقه فى الرجوع على غيره .
