١ - لكل متلزم طولب بكمبيالة على وجه الرجوع أوكان مستهدفا للمطالبة ب[غير مقروء]
أن يطلب فى حالة قيامه بالوفاء تسليم الكمبيالة إليه ومعها الاحتجاج ومخالصة بما وفاه .
٢ - ولكل مظهر أوفى الكمبيالة أن يشطب تظهيره والتظهيرات اللاحقة له
