يجوز لمن أوفى الكمبيالة مطالبة ضامنيه بما يأتى :
( أ ) المبلغ الذى أوفاه .
(ب) عائد هذا المبلغ محسوبا من يوم الوفاء وفقا للسعر الذى يتعامل به البنك
المركزى .
( ج ) المصاريف التى تحملها .
