١ - يكون التزام البنك فى حالة الاعتماد المستندى البات قطعيا ومباشرا قبل المستفيد وكل حامل حسن النية للصك الذى سحب تنفيذا للعقد الذى فتح الاعتماد بسببه .
٢ - ولا يجوز إلغاء الاعتماد المستندى البات أو تعديله إلا باتفاق جميع ذوى الشأن فيه .
