١ - يجوز تأييد الاعتماد المستندى البات من بنك آخر يلتزم بدوره بصورة قطعي[غير مقروء] ومباشرة قبل المستفيد .
٢ - لا يعتبر مجرد الإخطار بفتح الاعتماد المستندى البات المرسل إلى المستفيد[غير مقروء] عن طريق بنك آخر تأييدا من هذا البنك للاعتماد .
