١ - يلتزم البنك برد الصكوك المودعة بمجرد أن يطلب منه المودع ذلك مع مراعاة الوقت الذى يقتضيه إعداد الصكوك للرد .
٢ - يكون الرد فى المكان الذى تم فيه الإيداع ، ويلتزم البنك برد الصكوك بذاتها ما لم يتفق أو يقضى القانون برد صكوك من جنسها أو صكوك أخرى .
