١ - يكون الرد لمودع الصك أو لخلفائه أو لمن يعينه هؤلاء الأشخاص ولو تضمن ما يفيد ملكيته للغير .
٢ - إذا ادعى شخص استحقاق الصك المودع وجب على البنك إخطار المودع مباشرة والامتناع عن رد الصك إليه حتى ينتهى النزاع بشأنه رضاء أو قضاء ، وعلى مدعى استحقاق الصك إقامة دعواه خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ الادعاء وإلا اعتبر الادعاء كأن لم يكن .
