على البنك أن يخطر المودع بكل أمر أو حق يتعلق بالصك ويستلزم الحصول على موافقته أو يتوقف على اختياره . فإذا لم تصل تعليمات المودع فى الوقت المناسب وجب على البنك أن يتصرف فى الحق بما يعود بالنفع على المودع . ويتحمل المودع المصاريف فضلا عن العمولة العادية .
