١ - يلتزم البنك بقبض عائد الصك أو أرباحه وقيمته إذا استحق أو استهلك وكذلك كل مبلغ آخر يستحق بسبب الصك ما لم يتفق على غير ذلك . وتقيد تلك المبالغ فى حساب المودع .
٢ - وعلى البنك القيام بكل عملية لازمة للمحافظة على الحقوق المتصلة بالصك التى يتقرر منحها له دون مقابل ، كتقديمه للاستبدال أو لوضع الأختام أو لإضافة قسائم أرباح جديدة إليه .
