١ - يسأل الناقل الجوى عن الضرر الذى يترتب على التأخير فى وصول الراكب أو الأمتعة
أو البضائع .
٢ - تعتبر فى حكم الهالكة الأمتعة أو البضائع التى لايسلمها الناقل للمرسل إليه
أو يخطره بالحضور لتسلمها خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ انقضاء الميعاد المعين للتسليم ،
وفى حالة عدم التعيين من تاريخ انقضاء الميعاد الذى يستغرقه الناقل الجوى العادى
فى النقل إذا وجد فى نفس الظروف .
