١ - تسرى على النقل الجوى الدولى أحكام الاتفاقيات الدولية النافذة فى مصر .
٢ - وتسرى على النقل الجوى الداخلى أحكام هذا الفرع والأحكام الخاصة المنصوص
عليها فى المواد التالية .
٣ - يكون النقل الجوى داخليا إذا كانت النقطتان المعينتان باتفاق المتعاقدين للقيام
والوصول واقعتين فى مصر ولو كانت الطائرة تواصل رحلتها بعد مغادرة نقطة الوصول
إلى ماوراء الحدود الإقليمية المصرية .
