١ - يجب أن تتضمن وثيقة النقل الجوى بيانا يفيد بأن النقل يقع وفقا لأحكام
المسئولية المحدودة المنصوص عليها فى المادة (٢٩٢) من هذا القانون ، وإلا امتنع على الناقل
التمسك بهذه الأحكام .
٢ - على الناقل الجوى التحقق من استيفاء المسافرين على الطائرة والبضائع
المشحونة عليها أو التى يحتفظ المسافرون بحيازتها أثناء السفر للشروط اللازمة للصعود
على الطائرة كما يقررها القانون ولوائح النقل .
