١ - يقصد بالنقل الجوى فى هذا الفرع نقل الأشخاص أو الأمتعة أو البضائع بالطائرات
بهدف تحقيق الربح .
٢ - ويقصد بلفظ الأمتعة الأشياء التى يجوز للمسافر حملها معه فى الطائرة وتسلم
للناقل لتكون فى حراسته أثناء السفر . ولايشمل هذا اللفظ الأشياء الصغيرة والشخصية
التى تبقى فى حراسة الراكب أثناء السفر .
