١ - إذا توفى الراكب أو أصيب بمرض أثناء تنفيذ عقد النقل التزم الناقل باتخاذ
التدابير اللازمة للمحافظة على أمتعته إلى أن تسلم إلى ذوى الشأن .
٢ - وإذا وجد أحد ذوى الشأن عند وقوع الوفاة أو المرض جاز له أن يتدخل لمراقبة
التدابير التى يتخذها الناقل وأن يطلب منه إقرارا بوجود أمتعة الراكب فى حيازته .
