١ - على الراكب حراسة الأمتعة والحيوانات التى يرخص له فى نقلها معه ، ولايسأل
الناقل عن ضياعها أو عما يلحقها من أضرار إلا إذا أثبت الراكب صدور خطأ من الناقل
أو من تابعيه .
٢ - يسأل الراكب عن الضرر الذى يلحق الناقل أو تابعيه أو الغير بسبب الأمتعة
أو الحيوانات التى ينقلها معه .
٣ - تسرى على نقل الأمتعة التى تسلم للناقل الأحكام الخاصة بنقل الأشياء .
