١ - يلتزم الناقل بنقل الراكب وأمتعته إلى مكان الوصول فى الميعاد المتفق عليه
أو المذكور فى لوائح النقل أو الذى يقضى به العرف ، وعند عدم التعيين يجب تنفيذ النقل
فى الميعاد الذى يستغرقه الناقل العادى إذا وجد فى نفس الظروف .
٢ - يجوز للناقل قبل مباشرة النقل أو أثناء الطريق أن يفحص أمتعة الراكب
بحضوره - إن أمكن - للتحقق من مطابقتها لشروط النقل .
