للناقل حبس أمتعة الراكب ضمانا لأجرة النقل وغيرها من المبالغ المستحقة بسبب النقل
وللناقل امتياز على الثمن الناتج من التنفيذ على هذه الأمتعة لاستيفاء جميع المبالغ
المستحقة له بسبب النقل . ويتبع فى هذا الشأن إجراءات التنفيذ على الأشياء المرهونة
رهنا تجاريا .
