١ - إذا اضطر الراكب إلى استعمال مكان فى درجة أدنى من الدرجة المبينة فى بطاقة
النقل جاز له مطالبة الناقل برد الفرق بين أجرتى الدرجتين .
٢ - وإذا دفع الراكب أجرة إضافية مقابل مزايا خاصة جاز له المطالبة برد هذه الأجرة
إذا لم يهىء الناقل المزايا التى تقابلها .
