١ - لايجوز الجمع بين التعويض عن الهلاك الكلى والتعويض عن التأخير .
٢ - ولايقضى بالتعويض عن التأخير فى حالة الهلاك الجزئى إلا بالنسبة إلى الجزء
الذى لم يهلك .
٣ - وفى جميع الأحوال لايجوز أن يزيد التعويض الذى يقضى به على مايستحق
فى حالة هلاك الشىء كليا .
