١ - إذا لم يكن التسليم واجبا فى محل المرسل إليه فعلى الناقل أن يخطره بوصول
الشىء ، وبالميعاد الذى يستطيع خلاله الحضور لتسلمه .
٢ - على المرسل إليه تسلم الشىء فى الميعاد الذى عينه الناقل والالتزام بمصاريف
التخزين . وللناقل بعد انقضاء هذا الميعاد أن ينقل الشىء إلى محل المرسل إليه مقابل
أجرة إضافية .
٣ - وللمرسل إليه طلب فحص الشىء قبل تسلمه فإذا امتنع الناقل عن تمكينه
من ذلك جاز له رفض تسلم الشىء .
