١ - يلتزم الناقل بتفريغ الشىء محل النقل عند وصوله ما لم ينص القانون أو يتفق
على غير ذلك وفى هذه الحالة الأخيرة لا يسأل الناقل عن الضرر الذى يقع بسبب التفريغ .
٢ - وفى جميع الأحوال يتحمل الناقل مصاريف التفريغ ما لم يتفق أو يجرى العرف
على غير ذلك .
