١ - على المرسل أن يسلم الناقل الشىء والوثائق اللازمة لتنفيذ النقل . ويكون
المرسل مسئولا عن عدم كفاية هذه الوثائق أو عدم مطابقتها للحقيقة . ويكون
مسئولا عن ضياعها أو إساءة استعمالها . ويكون الناقل [غير مقروء]
٢ - وإذا اقتضى النقل استعدادا خاصا من جانب الناقل وجب على المرسل إخطاره
بذلك قبل تسليم الشىء إليه بوقت كاف .
٣ - يكون تسلم الشىء محل النقل فى محل الناقل المعين بعقد النقل ما لم يتفق
