لاتثبت للمرسل إليه الحقوق الناشئة عن عقد النقل ولا يتحمل الالتزامات الناتجة [غير مقروء]
إلا إذا قبل هذه الحقوق والالتزامات صراحة أو ضمنا . ويعتبر قبولا ضمنيا على وجه
الخصوص تسلم المرسل إليه وثيقة النقل أو الشىء محل النقل أو المطالبة بتسليمه
أو بإصدار تعليمات بشأنه .
