يجوز لكل من طرفى عقد الوكالة التجارية إنهاء العقد فى كل وقت ، ولا يستحق [غير مقروء] إلا إذا وقع إنهاء العقد دون إخطار سابق أو فى وقت غير مناسب . وإذا كان العقد معين المدة وجب أن يستند إنهاؤه إلى سبب جدى ومقبول وإلا استحق التعويض .
