إذا لم يكن للموكل موطن معلوم فى مصر اعتبر موطن وكيله بها موطنا له وتجوز [غير مقروء] وتبليغه بالأوراق القضائية الرسمية فيه ، وذلك فيما يتعلق بالأعمال التى يجريها الوكيل لحساب موكله .
