يجوز للمحامى مزاولة أعمال المحاماة فى البنوك وشركات المساهمة الخاصة والجمعيات التعاونية . وتكون علاقة المحامى بهذه الجهات علاقة وكالة ، ولو اقتصر عمله عليها .
