مع عدم الاخلال بأحكام قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية لا يجوز لمحامى الادارات القانونية للهيئات العامة وشركات القطاع العام والمؤسسات الصحفية أن يزاولوا أعمال المحاماة لغير الجهة التى يعملون بها والا كان العمل باطلا .
كما لا يجوز للمحامى فى هذه الادارات القانونية الحضور أمام المحاكم الجنائية الا فى الادعاء بالحق المدنى فى الدعاوى التى تكون الهيئة أو الشركة أو المؤسسة طرفا فيها وكذلك الدعاوى التى ترفع على مديريها أو العاملين بها بسبب أعمال وظائفهم .
