ويصدر مجلس النقابة ترخيصا بالمزاولة يتضمن اسم المحامي ودرجة ، ويحدد
قيمة [غير مقروء] سريانه ،
ومع عدم الإخلال بأحكام المادة ٢٢٧ من هذا القانون لا يجوز افتتاح مزاولة
المحاماة أن أو أي عمل من الأعمال الوارد بيانها في المادة الثالثة من قانون المحاماة إلا بعد
الحصول على هذا الترخيص ، وإلا جاز إغلاقه بقرار من قاضي الأمور الوقتية بالمحكمة
الابتدائية التابع لها المكتب المخالف ، بناء على طلب النقابة العامة أو النقابة الفرعية
المختصة .
