يمارس المحامى مهنة المحاماة منفردا أو شريكا مع غيره من المحامين أو فى صورة شركة مدنية للمحاماة .
كما يجوز للمحامى أن يمارس مهنة المحاماة فى الادارات القانونية للهيئات العامة وشركات القطاع العام والخاص والمؤسسات الصحفية وفى البنوك والشركات الخاصة والجمعيات طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
