علاوة على مانص عليه فى المادة السابقة تستحق دمغة المحاماه على الأوراق الآتية :
١ التوكيلات الصادرة الى المحامين .
٢ طلبات القيد بجداول المحامين .
٣ الشهادات التى تصدرها نقابة المحامين بناء على طلب المحامى أو أى جهة أخرى ويكون طابع الدمغة فى هذه الحالات من فئة جنيه واحد على كل ورقة .
