تنعقد لجنة قبول المحامين مرة على الأقل كل شهر ، ويكون لها أمانة من بين موظفى النقابة يختار النقيب أعضاءها ، وتحرر محاضر بأعمالها يوقع عليها من رئيس اللجنة .
ولا يصح انعقاد اللجنة الا بحضور ثلاثة أعضاء على الأقل ، على أن يكون من بينهم النقيب أو وكيل النقابة .
