يقدم طلب القيد بالجدول العام الى لجنة قبول المحامين التى تشكل فى النقابة العامة برئاسة النقيب أو وكيل النقابة فى حالة غيابه وعضوية أربعة من المحامين المقبولين أمام محكمة النقض أو محاكم الاستئناف يختارهم مجلس النقابة من بين أعضائه سنويا .
ويرفق بطلب القيد الأوراق المثبتة لتوافر الشروط المبينة بالمادة (١٣) والتى يبينها النظام الداخلى للنقابة .
